Peter Goodfellow
Peter Goodfellow, President of the New Zealand National Party addressed the Rotary Club of Wellington on 15 July 2019 and opened with observations on his recent discussion with the Australians following their latest election. Peter spoke of his role in ensuring candidates are properly vetted,as well as fostering the current young Nats, who are the future of the party, He knows that anyone planning a political career needs to be able to deal with ambiguity. Peter emphasized the the importance importance of members in an election campaign - to erect hoardings, distribute fliers, and participate in direct mail campaigns.
